Smartsheets Developer – Contract – Orlando, FL/ Hybrid – $85.00 - $95.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Smartsheets Developer in Orlando, FL/ Hybrid.
Role Description
• Develop reporting solutions to help the business make better decisions, extraction of key data, and creation and management of operational dashboards to continue reviewing the applicable data sets.
• Design, develop, test and implement new integrations with agile, portfolio, service management, and data visualization platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, PowerBI etc)
• Leads development of tools, automation, and scripts to facilitate new development, enhancements, platform maintenance, operational efficiency, reliability, and administration.
• Participates in planning and executing of projects for business unit initiatives and updating existing infrastructure, products and/or services.
• Provides technical support for multiple levels of testing prior to release of new and enhancements
• Mentor and coach junior developers and platform engineers
• Identify root causes of system and resolve independently
• Collaborate to develop solution roadmaps
• Engage to define or identify environment requirements/sizing, system architecture including Integration points, configuration, monitoring needs, security compliance, system availability, recovery, and implementation strategies
• Proactively work to identify and resolve technical blockers
• Serve as primary technical liaison with vendors and manage vendor related activities such as incidents/bug fixes, release schedules, escalations, issue tracking, system access
• Proactively ensure compliance with Security standards

Skills & Requirements

• Proven Experience working in Agile
• 5+ Years experience with Smartsheet core and advanced applications
• Experience administration, configuring/building solutions in Smartsheet, Data Shuttle, DataMesh and Functions and Formulas, Platform Administrator, etc.
• Experience in Smartsheet functional areas like control center, workspaces, power apps, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.
• Familiarity with creating solutions that integrate Smartsheet solutions with other services such as JIRA, Clarity, Service Now, PowerBI etc.
• Ability to automate and extend base Smartsheet functionality, including scripting (using SQL and JQL query)
• Experience working with vendor support and troubleshooting Smartsheet Tools.
• General cyber security knowledge and applying them to Smartsheet products
• Experience with the migration of Smartsheet products
• Experience testing and performing upgrades, configuration changes, and applying bug fixes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstration of critical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner to a non-technical audience.
• Smartsheet Developer/Solution Certification.
