Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Onsite, 5 days a week, near Edison, NJ

Requirements:- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience.
- Proficient in O365, Windows OS, iOS/Android, Cisco, and RDP.
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, A+, Network+) and healthcare experience are preferred.
Responsibilities:- Oversee onboarding/off-boarding, tech refresh, and deployment of new PCs/laptops.
- Troubleshoot workstation issues and manage mobile devices.
- Assist with minor tech issues for residents.
- Support PC/laptop security and conduct staff training.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation support for the help desk.
