Role Overview:
CommanderAI is seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI Engineer with a strong emphasis on Natural Language Processing (NLP). In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing our AI-driven sales solutions, harnessing the power of NLP to enhance communication and decision-making processes. Your mission is to design, implement, and refine advanced NLP models that drive the intelligence behind our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and product management, to ensure our AI solutions meet both business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- NLP Model Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art NLP models to solve complex language-related challenges in sales automation.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to seamlessly integrate NLP solutions into our AI-driven sales platform.
- Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of text data to identify patterns and improve model accuracy and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and fine-tune NLP models, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to drive enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to align NLP developments with overall product strategy.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, and language modeling.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NLP in a professional setting, preferably in a tech or AI-focused company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. with a focus on NLP is a plus.
- Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, experience with NLP libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, or Hugging Face. Proven ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based AI services.
- Tools: Proficient in using NLP tools and platforms, as well as version control systems like Git.
