Position Overview
Term: 3+ Months (High potential for extension)
Location: onsite in Glen Falls, NY
Hours: Day shift - Mon-Friday 9-5pm ET
Pay: up to $38/hr commensurate with experience + Health insurance
All work is done onsite at our Healthcare/Medical customer location in Glen Falls, NY.
As a Lead Deployment Technician, you will provide IMAC services to our customer, hardware/software installation, configuration and deployment + disposal.

The Lead Deployment Technician is primarily responsible for:
Installation
- Install and deploy hardware components.
- Install and deploy software applications.
- Image and configure machines using SCCM.
- Structure user workstations.
Move
- Transport a work system to a new location.
- Switch to a different workstation system.
- Alter the end user.
Add
- Install additional hardware
- Install additional software
Change
- Alter the existing hardware configuration
- Update installed software
- Customize software settings
- Uninstall unused software
Additional responsibilities:
- Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by the team.
- Lead a small team of Deployment Technicians and escalate/resolve issues as they arise.
- Act as the liaison between Zones’ team and the customer.
- Follow specific instructions provided by the customer
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrate active listening skills with ability to act with sensitivity and empathize with customer's situation.
- Demonstrate compassion and discretion in a patient care environment in support of overall service provided to the customer.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills
- Minimum of an Associates degree + 4 years experience in servicing/deploying computer equipment.
- Experience using SCCM to image machines.
- Possesses proven customer service background
- Understands Statement of Work requirements (SOW) and recognizes cost impacts of operational matters
- Possesses proven project experience utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installations and technologies.
- Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.
- Possesses A+ Certification or equivalent skill set.
- Possesses various certifications in hardware platforms preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lb
