Cardella Construction Company is looking for a passionate, hard-working, energetic, and highly-motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibilities of a Project Manager include collaborating with a Project Executive and Superintendent, managing all phases of the project from precon to close out, and overseeing profit/loss on any assigned project.
What you'll be up to:
- Overseeing the submittal, RFI and other document control processes
- Overseeing all project inspections, including collaboration with inspectors and building departments
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers on a project
- Participate in preconstruction process as necessary to set project up for success
Assisting Project Executive and Superintendent in the following areas:
- Management of project schedule
- Review and understand owner contracts
- Team meetings, owner/architect meetings and budget reviews
- Development, issuance, and management of subcontracts
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training
- 5+ years of working experience in construction industry
- Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline
- Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office required.
