Grow Big or Go Home! Davis Law Group, P.S. is seeking to expand its team of lawyers. The firm is actively looking for an associate attorney to join its thriving and successful plaintiff's personal injury practice.

Successful candidates for this position will likely have a _minimum_ of 3 to 5 years of personal injury and/or strong litigation experience. You should expect to hit the ground running by taking over a number of active cases, to include all aspects of PI litigation practice (e.g., depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, arbitrations, mediations, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Handling all aspects of civil litigation in the field of plaintiff's personal injury (auto, premises liability, wrongful death, train accidents, governmental negligence, etc.). There may be pre-litigation work involved (writing and reviewing settlement demands, negotiation, etc.).
Qualifications:
_Minimum_ of three to five years of personal injury or litigation experience (actual trial experience is not necessary but very much appreciated)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional work ethic, high motivation, and willingness to work long hours if necessary to serve the client
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a variety of other people
No disciplinary record or problems WSBA membership required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
