Role Overview:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Content Manager to enhance our wellness application through content strategy and data-driven insights. This role involves crafting compelling content strategies and interactive design frameworks that resonate with our user base.
You will be responsible for defining a content strategy that supports our product's positioning, differentiates us from competitors, and drives engagement. This includes establishing content themes, selecting impactful topics, choosing effective content formats, and designing user-friendly interaction methods.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to our target audience while aligning with our product management objectives.
- User-Centric Design: Utilize user feedback to create content that aligns with our health solution goals. Design content experiences with optimal formats and delivery methods.
- Educational Strategy Development: Create and refine strategies for educational modules that enhance user knowledge and skills related to health and wellness.
- Partnership and Workflow Optimization: Establish and manage content partnerships, streamline content production workflows, and ensure timely and effective content delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user engagement data to refine content recommendation algorithms and guide strategic content decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in health-related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in health application content strategy. Experience with Health and Wellness apps such as Bettersleep, Muse, Whoop, Garmin, or similar company is highly valued.
- User Insight: Deep understanding of user needs and app development dynamics.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Content Expertise: Experience in creating health-related multimedia and instructional content is a plus, but not required.
