Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, and education.
- This is a highly experienced program management professional with strong experience in cloud transformation, infrastructure buildout, executive communications, and Agile tools expertise for highly complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Will act as a Business Execution Leader to implement cloud technologies, migrate/modernize LOB applications, and build the required infrastructure in four new data centers to support the WF strategy to move to the cloud.
- Will also strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership.
- This role will also take over responsibilities for a second DISP Program Manager vacancy due to the transition away from DISP due to MTL of WXPS. Also, Change Delivery demand exceeds capacity; and we cannot effectively support new requests (e.g., Always On, Accelerate MIM, CCP, and Cloud).
