ServiceNow Design & Process Admin
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ServiceNow Design & Process Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the ServiceNow platform, designing and implementing workflows, and overseeing vendor relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow administration, contract negotiation, and process design, with a focus on ensuring high availability and optimal functionality of enterprise applications. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to align tools and applications with business strategy and future vision.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Platform Administration
- Manage the end-to-end administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, reliability, and availability.
- Oversee user access, security, and compliance, ensuring appropriate permissions are granted.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
Workflow Design & Implementation
- Design, develop, and implement workflows within the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
- Create detailed design documents that include workflows, portal design elements, notification triggers, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective workflow solutions.
Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and ongoing vendor performance evaluation.
- Ensure that vendor agreements align with business objectives and that vendors deliver as per the agreed terms.
- Handle renewals, amendments, and disputes related to vendor contracts.
Business & Application Strategy
- Work closely with senior management to understand the business strategy and define the future vision for tools and applications.
- Ensure that all applications, including SAP, AGILE, Tableau, and Data Warehouse applications, are aligned with business needs and are available to the end-user community.
- Assist in the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the ServiceNow platform and other managed applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow workflow design and implementation.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Proven experience in creating design documents from business requirements, including workflows, portal design elements, notification triggers, and SLAs.
- Highly skilled in reviewing and generating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP, AGILE, Tableau, and other Data Warehouse applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration or related fields.
