Overview:
In short, this company is looking for a rock star. They’ve been in business for several years now – they have a manufacturing plant that is fully operational and now they need to ramp up production. They want to bring in someone who has a deep background of experience, who can bring that experience to bear on some of the issues this plant is having, and who can help 2-3x this company’s manufacturing output within the next 6-9 months. They will be hiring a #2 for this role as well as the requisite manufacturing staff to support that kind of effort, but they desire a strong leader at the top, who can capably guide the ship through the changes. This is a 45-person facility.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. degree in engineering is a must-have
- 15+ years of overall experience with previous plant management experience
- Need to be able to demonstrate a track-record of successful leadership examples
- Have to be the type of person who likes building something up; I don’t know how else to say it, it has to be someone who loves to work
