Electrical Engineer Lead -EV
MCXI is a Technology Start Up Company in the South Florida Area that is Growing a Team for the Development and Production of Newly Designed Products in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector. This Role will Play an Integral Part in the Development and Production of EV Parts for all Current and Future Projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design, Testing and Development of Electrical Power Systems that Play a Crucial Role in the Functionality of the Electric Vehicles’ Operation.
- New Product Development.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration to ensure Proper Integration of Parts.
- Conduct Simulations and Analyses to Predict System Performance and Efficiency.
- Develop and Execute Test Plans for System Validation.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Electrical Issues During the Manufacturing Process.
- Diagrams, Drawings, Schematics, BoM building
- Continual Research on Industry Trends and Technological Advancements.
- Project Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Masters in Engineering or Manufacturing Field Preferred.
- Previous Electric Vehicle (EV) Design or Manufacturing Experience.
- New Product Design Experience.
- Project Management Experience.
- Proficient in Using Electrical CAD Software for Circuit Design and Simulation.
- Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills.
