Title: Onsite Desktop Support Technician, Analyst, SCCM
Description:
Onsite Desktop Support Technician / Analyst with 3-6+ years of experience for a contract position.
Looking for any experience in pc imaging or pc deployments using SCCM, any experience in SCCM, remote VPN support.
Pays $25 an hour.
What you will be doing:
- Remote, helpdesk and desktop support for all issues – hardware, software, application, and imaging
- Remote, helpdesk support through VPN
- Supporting Windows 10 and O365 environment
- PC Imaging, deployment using SCCM
- Support using Active Directory Azure, AD Azure, MFA - multi-factor authenication
What you will need:
- 3-6+ years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk Support, Remote Support, Desktop Support or Field Support
- Experience with SCCM - PC Imaging and PC Deployments using SCCM - System Center Configuration Manager
- Experience with remote support, VPN
- Experience with Active Directory Azure, AD Azure
- Experience with MFA, Multi-factor authentication
- Experience supporting Windows 10
- Office 365, O365
Preferred experience:
- Operational break/fix support
Work Ability:
- Ability to lift up to approx. 40-50+ lbs, mobility will require bending, crawling in work stations, walking around facilities, sitting, standing, lifting / moving devices, computers, printers, etc.
