Position Summary:
The Vice President, IT Infrastructure and Services, in collaboration with the IT management team, sets strategic direction and technology standards. This position is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of IT assets and services by planning and directing technology and projects related to the operation and support of networking, security, computing and telecommunications across the Enterprise. This role directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development. This individual is responsible for all aspects of the organization's information technology systems. This includes designing and architecting, configuring, implementing, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing networking hardware, software, telecommunications, and related technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the completion of balance sheet account reconciliations, general ledger analysis, and monthly accounting close.
- Maintain the general ledger financial and controlling structure in the accounting information systems.
- Continuously improve accounting processes, controls, and policies.
- Supervise recruitment, development, retention, and organization of all IT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel policies.
- Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices. Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
- Ensure IT system operation adheres to applicable laws, regulations and industry compliance.
- Ensure continuous delivery of superior IT services to end users through oversight and monitoring of IT systems and team performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
- Collaborate with IT management to develop and execute an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT management to develop, track, and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
- Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
- Collaborate with IT management to establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
- Participate in IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
- Develop and successfully manage and execute business and project plans, deliverables, policies, processes and procedures in support of business and departmental strategies, goals, objectives and budgets
- Acquire resources for departmental activities and projects and provide technical and budgetary management of vendors/suppliers.
- Solve business problems by performing analysis, preparing recommendation(s), and providing project leadership/management for successful implementation of relevant technology, business process modifications and/or enhancements.
- Available to work after hours and weekends as required.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a technology related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT professionals.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing technology and technology projects.
- Extensive knowledge of networking, security, and telephony systems, including developing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing networking hardware, software, telecommunications, and related technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of networking standards, protocols, security, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Extensive knowledge of various hardware and software platforms.
- Working knowledge of databases, scripting, queries, and web technology.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Possess technical leadership skills and have experience with team building, process improvement, and resolution of conflicts.
- Experience and ability to effectively manage people and vendors/suppliers.
- Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively present to target audience including senior management, should be as comfortable with people as with systems and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer related field.
- ITIL or equivalent certifications.
- MCSE certification or equivalent certifications.
Travel:
- Must be willing to travel 35% of the time.
Language:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Physical Demands:
- Work Environment: 100% office.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on occasions.
