Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and repairs on Process analyzers and Sample systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on all types of process analyzers
- Capable of reading and understanding P&ID’S, PFD’S, and perform maintenance tasks using instrument loop sheets.
- Responsible for emergency call-out and rotating weekly on-call duty
- Maintain and promote a safe work environment at all times and follow Safe Work Practices established by TPC Group
- Maintain electronic and paper documentation for Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical Integrity tasks, and regulatory required calibrations
- Use of all types of testing equipment
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance on Gas Chromatographs (GC)
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of (GC) Siemens Maxum II, Applied Automation (Advanced Opti-Chrom) and Yokogawa GC1000 Mark II analyzers
- Responsible for Teledyne Continuous Emissions Monitor System (CEMS) Analyzer maintenance, calibration and repair
- Calibration, repair and maintenance of analytical instruments like O2, CO and Moisture analyzers
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Instrumentation AND 2 years’ experience OR a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the maintenance of petrochemical analytical equipment AND high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting and repair analytical equipment
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

- Must live within reasonable commuting distance as company assisted relocation is not available for this position
