Active Virginia license BC BLS/ACLS DEA LicenseResponsibilities: Conduct assessments/evaluations of psychiatric illnesses. Psychiatric medication evaluation and management in accordance with rational psycho-pharmacological practices. Document response to treatment; enter orders for diagnostic tests, medications, and other therapies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide psychiatric services to patients. Timely completion of medical record documentation in accordance with the state ACT Model, DMAS, and CSB policies, procedures, regulatory standards and guidelines. Coordination and continuation of the care for patients in adherence to state and federal guidelines and discharge planning.
