POSITION SUMMARY:
Assume leadership responsibilities for Liaison and other Liaison support personnel associated with the resolution of Airframe Design issues as required throughout the Company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide Technical assistance to Liaison and other Liaison support personnel as required.
Check and verify documents generated by Liaison and Liaison support personnel.
Provide the required interface between Technical and Production departments.
Assist in establishing requirements and priorities for corrective action issues.
Respond to requests for vendor product revisions.
Coordinate procurement of new inventory items.
Provide MBR coverage for Production and Quality Assurance departments.
Provide Technical input for Service publications.
Maintain drawing revisions in accordance with drafting room manual.
Generate Engineering Orders (EO) and new specifications.
Review and prepare major structural repairs.
Provide assistance in the training of new or other Technical personnel performing Liaison functions.
Perform other related duties as requested by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires the ability to effectively interface with all other company disciplines and provide technical supervision to any member acting to resolve issues associated with each essential job function.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requires a Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering and minimum of seven years related general aviation experience.
Computer aided design (CAD) skills are required to perform the duties of this position.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
The employee must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
