Senior Product Manager - Mobile App Development (PropTech Focus)
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Stak App. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on management skills to drive product success from concept to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring each phase meets strategic objectives.
- Product Strategy and Vision: Refine and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Stak Ventures’ goals and market needs.
- User Research and Analytics: Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage insights to make informed product decisions. Utilize A/B testing to validate features and improvements.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to enhance app performance, solve UX/UI challenges, and accelerate product delivery.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch new app features.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our app at the forefront of innovation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the app meets high standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.
- Promotion and Training: Promote the product to sales teams through training sessions, webinars, and other mechanisms. Develop and deliver training to customer support teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, report, and improve product performance, delivering monthly volume, revenue, and profit forecasts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile app development.
- Experience in PropTech or real estate technology is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile app development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, React Native), backend technologies (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python), and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud). Experience with AI technologies and tools is a must.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Real Estate Experience: Experience in the real estate sector or PropTech is highly desirable, providing a unique understanding of market dynamics and user needs.
