As an Assembler at CRO Medical, you will have the opportunity to build a variety of electronic components destined for mission-critical applications. Our Missoula facility offers a quiet, seated, manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for assembling electronic components, sub-assemblies, and systems while working from prints, drawings, routers, and verbal instructions. CRO Medical offers paid training for in-demand skills and certifications.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Works with production /assembly instructions, parts lists, drawings, and verbal instructions to assemble connectors.
- Positions components manually or utilizing a small hand tool such as tweezers onto printed circuit boards.
- Occasionally operates simple equipment.
- Requires ability to concentrate for extended periods on highly repetitive tasks. Installs either fixed or turning hardware.
- Read worksheets, receive verbal instructions, and follow the sample boards to determine assembly duties.
- Twists bend, trims, strips, or file wire leads of components in boards to insert wire leads, using hand tools.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in electronics technology and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in soldering techniques
- Knowledge of electricity and electrical systems
- Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the medical device industry (desirable)
