Role: Sr. Business Analyst (Credit Memo Domain expertise with exposure to Gen AI & Prompt Engineering)

Our challenge
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Credit Memo Domain and expertise in General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and Prompt Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing credit memo processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI applications.
- Design and implement AI strategies to automate and optimize the credit memo issuance, tracking, and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and refine AI prompts to ensure clear, accurate, and contextually relevant interactions with AI systems.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with industry standards, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI models, credit memo procedures, and system updates.
- Train end-users on new AI tools and systems, providing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Gen AI and Prompt Engineering to keep our technology and methodologies cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices related to credit management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for leveraging AI to drive business efficiency and accuracy.
