Superintendent Role:
Specializing in Heavy Civil projects, your role will be to carefully oversee, plan and execute multiple construction projects. You will manage teams and whilst doing so prioritize safety, quality, and adherence to schedule ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. Whilst also liaising with Senior Management and Clients providing updates on project progression.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in civil site construction, including the safe completion of heavy highway, earthwork and underground utilities.
- Interface with both the Client and Executive Management.
- Able to oversee multiple ongoing projects, with proficiency in organization, including strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Manage and distribute construction documentation to all members of the project team, encompassing plans, specifications, requests for information (RFIs), bulletins, and field reports.
- Previous involvement in projects with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
- Attend and actively engage in weekly and/or monthly meetings with customers and clients, offering progress updates.
- Strong communication abilities and team management.
