Helpdesk Operator
We are seeking an IT technician to join the internal ICT Helpdesk team. The resource will have to configure company IT devices and provide the necessary support for the tickets submitted by end-users.
The role:
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of previous experience in similar positions and possesses the following skills:
- Managing level I Helpdesk activities
- Assist users for HW and SW on-site or remotely
- Troubleshooting for any difficulties encountered by the users
- Asset and workplace maintenance
- Installation and maintenance of OS, software, and applications (Windows, MacOS, Office..)
- Basic knowledge of enterprise networks (Vlan, Switch, Cisco)
- Monitoring and management of Helpdesk tickets to grant fast replies and efficient solutions
Nice to have:
- Communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Available for short and occasional business trips
- Driver license
