As the Senior Technical Architect, you will engage directly with customers at a high level, influencing product features and roadmaps and playing a key role in the generation of new ideas for products and solutions.
This customer-facing position requires excellent communication skills and strong technical acumen in system architectures, AI fabrics, hardware-software co-design, and connectivity technologies that are pertinent to data centers.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to ascertain requirements and influence product features and roadmaps; co-design next-generation products for efficient data movement in hyperscale data centers.
- Technical Leadership: Leverage expertise in system and SOC architecture, PCIe/CXL/Ethernet technologies, AI Fabrics, and hardware-software co-design to influence the development of product features with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. An advanced degree (MS/PhD) is strongly preferred.
- 10+ years experience in developing high-speed connectivity solutions for data centers (PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, etc.
- Proven ability to articulate technical concepts, influence decision-making, and build business cases
- Deep understanding of chip design principles, data center system architecture, and “full stack” solutions from silicon to application integration.
Required Experience
- Expert level experience in designing high-performance interconnect solutions using PCIe and CXL protocols.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with AI fabrics.
- Experience with full-stack software development.
- Deep knowledge of hardware development from board to system level design.
- Strong knowledge of benchmarking and performance optimization.
- Involvement in connectivity organizations such as PCI-SIG, OCP, JEDEC, and/or CXL is a plus.
