Ekeo Group is looking for an Electrical Supervisor, for a full-time opportunity based in Wyalusing, Pennsylvania.

Job Purpose and Impact:
As the Electrical Supervisor, you will coordinate the implementation of leading electrical practices to meet production needs. You will supervise a team responsible for maintaining capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategies for assets involved in high hazard processes.
- Implement methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness while adhering to regulatory codes and standards.
- Assist in integrating contractor partners and equipment, providing support to the plant force.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to promote leading practices.
- Develop and manage the operational budget, tracking progress against estimates.
- Exercise some authority for personnel decisions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of related tools, process controls, and technology systems.
- Experience coordinating third-party resources to achieve business results.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Intermediate project management skills.
- Prior experience in designing and building electrical systems (power, lighting, and signal).
- Experience with PLC programming.
