A family office of ultra-high net-worth individuals is looking for a Director of Administration. This is a new position. There are three Executive Assistants in the office and this role will cover other areas-no overlap. A background as a Senior Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is ideal. The office culture is collaborative (12 nice ppl) who are happy to help each other. The dress code is business casual.
About the Job:
Recruit and hire staff for multiple properties (2 residences in OH, a working farm and a residence on the East Coast), source for Estate Managers, Housekeepers, etc.
Assist with special projects(including real estatetransactions, finance, and insurance)
Act as liaison with Brokers and other vendors(make sure needed documentation is signed)
Be the point personfor HR, onboarding, offboarding, and answering questions
Purchase appropriate gifts for vendors,business associates and for holidays
Limited off-houravailability (possibly a few texts or emails)
About You:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relatedsupport position
Background as a PersonalAssistant a plus
BA/BS from a collegeor university a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Sophisticated taste level for gift buying
Polished, professional demeanor
Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to maintain highest level of discretion and confidentiality
