About Our Client: Kinetica are partnered with a family owned Nutraceuticals and Supplements company based in Greater Atlanta, GA. With over a decade of research, formulation and manufacturing expertise our client are a leading-edge dietary and sports nutritional supplements CMO.
We are in the search of a highly motivated Quality Control Manager to oversee and manage the Quality Control department’s daily functions. This position ensures that all quality strategies, tactics, programs, and product disposition activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP (21 CFR Part 111).
- Establish, manage, and oversee Quality Control and Quality Assurance work centers.
- Oversee the scheduling and duties of the entire QC team.
- Develop and implement enhanced quality reporting measures.
- Maintain accurate trackability and traceability of incoming and outgoing materials/products.
- Set, implement, and manage quality and production processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper documentation.
- Assist in establishing expiration dating by analyzing available stability data and analyses.
- Conduct training on all aspects of Quality Management Systems.
- Support customer complaint investigations and trending activities related to quality.
- Investigate quality issues in production.
- implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor production issues closely and execute processes to address potential problems.
- Lead cGMP and Organic certification efforts, including renewals.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits.
- Monitor manufacturing at every production stage and authorize the release of high-standard quality products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Extensive experience in regulated industries such as Dietary Supplements, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or similar fields.
- Highly knowledgeable of cGMPs / RCA & CAPA / Regulatory Audits
- Experience in a Dietary Supplement Manufacturing Environment
