You will need skillful communication methods with your internal team and subcontractors. You will need strong analytical skills to interpret and understand bid documents. You will need to successfully organize, plan and manage multiple activities -- at times, on multiple projects -- to accomplish desires results, with minimal supervision. In addition to these abilities, the ideal candidate has strong self-awareness that knows when to lead and when to listen.
