Key Responsibilities:
- Develop New Features:
- Design, develop, and implement new features for our aviation customers, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Support Existing Products:
- Maintain and enhance existing web applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve functionality.
- Implement Best Practices:
- Apply industry best practices in PHP development, contributing to the overall improvement of our codebase and development processes.
- Participate in Product Development:
- Engage actively in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and support.
- Deepen Product and Industry Knowledge:
- Take the initiative to understand the aviation industry and the specific needs of our customers to deliver tailored, effective solutions.
- Collaborate and Review:
- Participate in code reviews, investigations, and problem-solving activities to ensure high-quality code and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) PHP development.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in PHP 7 and 8.
- In-depth knowledge of OOP principles.
- Strong experience with MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git/SVN.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Understanding of Scrum methodology.
- Accuracy and a responsible approach to task completion.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Node.js.
