Job Objective
The Mobile Device Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and logistics support to mobile device projects. This role provides operational services to customers, with multiple, daily mobile device shipments, advanced data entry, tracking, and order support for multiple mobile device management systems and customers.
Duties& Responsibilities:
Prepare and process daily incoming and outgoing orders.
Obtain, verify accuracy, and process multiple, daily product orders.
Organize, kit, and deploy mobile devices to end users.
Maintain accurate data for daily reporting.
Communicate and troubleshoot with customers on daily order issues.
Update, manage, and track inventory for responsible projects.
Process returned mobile devices for inventory or recycling.
Reporting project updates to management.
Assist with other operational and/or instructed duties as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements & Experience:
Eighteen years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required, associate degree in a related field preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, grasp, feel, reach, and operate handheld equipment. The employee is frequently required to move, sit, stand, grab material, package items, open boxes, seal boxes, stoop, kneel, crouch, count, and can require prolonged sitting or standing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision of monitors and devices, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. This position may require working with a diverse group of individuals. This position may require working outside of designated hours and may require travel on occasion. Employees in this position may encounter stressful situations where a professional attitude will be required. Multi-tasking is an essential part of this position, and frequent interruptions are common. Attendance and punctuality are important functions of the position.
This role routinely uses standard office and shipping equipment as well as some warehouse equipment: computers, printers, label makers, photocopiers, file cabinets, hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, etc. This position requires the ability to talk, hear, use hands, use fingers, manipulate keyboards, objects, and controls.
This position is full-time, and generally, the hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am -5:00pm.
