- Responsible for Infra and apps Delivery for the region
- Should have extensive experience in managing AMS Engagements
- Should have handled Global teams
- Should have experience in managing applications SAP, Open/Custom Applications , Platform support, Digital Technologies
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be able to manage customer stakeholder management
- Should be responsible for the Demand Management for the scope of work aligned for the region
- Responsible for the overall Account P&L Should have experience in ITIL framework and process
