Data &AI Engagement Leader is a leadership role to drive and significantly impact the client engagement and growth momentum for Incedo. Data & AI Engagement Leader is expected to be accountable for key business metrics – Revenue, Gross Margin, and New Business penetration, for a portfolio or large Wealth Management client/s. The Data & AI Engagement Partner is expected to drive and grow customer engagements, consult clients in defining solutions to key business, data and AI problem areas, drive project deliveries, build an analytics team, and develop strong capabilities/solutions in the Wealth Management domain.
The Data & AI Engagement Partner will be expected to drive the thought leadership and strategy for pioneering and implementing advanced analytics and digital solutions to solve business problems
Data & AI Engagement Partner will also be responsible for partnering with India delivery leads, Data/Tech architects, and other Incedo practices to deliver high-impact solutions to the clients. The candidate is expected to bring strong domain expertise in Wealth Management, analytics/machine learning best practices, solve client business problems, and identify new opportunities for a client.
Education: Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics/Maths/Stats/MBA) from a top-tier university
Experience: 12+ years of experience in Data /Data Science/Analytics sector in a Client Management/ Consulting. 7+ years of experience in working for/consulting with HiTech/ISV clients.
Job Description
Client GTM, Commercial Growth and Profitability
Ability to drive commercial and delivery excellence by driving operational and commercial metrics - Revenue, Gross Margin, Net Margin
- Create and drive Incedo’s Data & AI sales strategy and overall GTM for key Wealth Management clients
- Be accountable for the execution of the GTM strategy/ plan and deliver on key business metrics – net new Digital sales revenue
Develop long-term sales pipeline to increase Incedo’s market share in Digital, Data & AI Services and solutions.
Be accountable for achieve a define Gross Margin, building and ensuring high quality, profitable Data & AI business.
Client engagement & development
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C- level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

- exposure to client management, presentations, engagement/program management, etc.
- experience in new opportunity identification, developing solution frameworks and proposals
