Job Description
RFP and Procurement-specific
- Facilitate extension of incumbent supplier contract; with necessary addendums to stabilize existing services
- Assist with SOW development as needed for supplemental support from alternate supplier(s) to support need during RFP process
- Responsible for driving the evaluation of service delivery model, business case development RFP release and supplier selections process.
Program Delivery
- Responsible for finalizing and documenting scope in accordance with the overarching program
- Builds an overarching program governance to establish effective controls bringing the right leaders to the table, enabling decision making to align with strategic priorities
- Partners with suppliers and cross functional team to develop an integrated project plan and monitor/control the plan
- Evaluates overall risk and develop/manage mitigation plan
- Drives supplier teams to meet delivery and quality expectations, and achieve project milestones
- Provides Industry expertise to reduce program risks and improve efficiency, quality, and use of resources
- Supports guidance for cross-program and cross-functional priorities and decision making
- Actively monitors and mitigates overall risks in support of leadership objectives
- Day to day project work, contacts, and coordination will occur with the manager and specialist(s) counterparts, as appropriate
- Supports day to day program deliverables, steering committee report outs, status, etc. to support PM overall integrator’s stakeholder management
- Monitors HR-led Hypercare facilitation, case management coordination between and Suppliers and supporting employee escalations as appropriate
Post Program Delivery
- Management of post go live “day 2” activities and enhancements
- Manage the development of sustaining processes and procedures needed to manage this program going forward
Standard Responsibilities:
Program Initiation, Planning & Design
- Schedule regular status meetings and sponsor checkpoints
- Confirm and document desired outcomes and success criteria
- Review existing and/or create additional documentation regarding engagement model execution, stakeholders, structure, roles & responsibilities
- Define initial execution framework and roll out project plan
- Define roles and responsibilities of stakeholders and team members
- Provide strategic design inputs and considerations based upon domain experience
- Establish governance structure
Project Administration
- Provide regular status reporting
- Lead and participate in required meetings
- Review project documents and deliverables
Program Execution
- Facilitate executive review and approval
- Coordinate stakeholder communications internally
- Coordinate within existing operating models to ensure appropriate tie ins
- Define and guide implementation tasks to achieve defined outcomes
Operational Sustainment
- Review existing documentation to identify gaps and understand desired future-state goals
- Work with stakeholders to identify assumptions, dependencies, risks, and define intra-team interaction points.
- Work to mitigate identified risks and issues with stakeholders’ involvement, and document and track mitigations
- Develop sustainment and resource plan for overall future administration
- Support the development of ongoing operational resources such as a roadmap of future expansions, rhythm of the business timeline schedule and execution playbook
