We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager with extensive experience in S/4 HANA RISE Greenfield projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies and a proven track record of successfully managing complex Greenfield projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA RISE Greenfield implementation projects from initiation to completion, specifically within the food and manufacturing industry.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate change management processes and provide training and support to end-users.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security policies.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with a focus on S/4 HANA RISE Greenfield implementations in the food and manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, modules, and functionalities.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology is required.
