Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and other relevant quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring product and process improvements.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality management practices and ISO 9000 requirements.
- Prepare and review quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Support customer audits and manage customer complaints related to quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer with a strong understanding of ISO 9000 standards.
- Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and implement quality improvement processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with quality management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
