- Developing and evaluating extensive systems comprising interconnected LLMs, MMMs, and RL models
- Structuring data appropriately for training
- Building with both open-source and closed-source models
- Constructing models with an understanding of constraints
- Designing and executing innovative search and retrieval algorithms for this domain
- Creating model evaluations
- Addressing challenging engineering constraints such as latency and costly model inference
Requirements:
- 3-4 yrs. experience in industry training ML models.
- Publications in top AI conferences and competitions
- Experience at AI companies and research labs
- Have implemented research papers into production
- Working in complex ML domains with a past hardware background
