You will collaborate to develop ideas/thoughts into physical reality! Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) is looking for a planner to support the development and sustainment of assets and projects we support. Our department supports a wide range of sustainment efforts and project types that include shops, attractions, hotels, entertainment, maintenance facilities, offices, and nearly any built facility and area development found on our property. Projects range from preliminary research, full facility assessments to minor renovations or new facilities. You will work in close collaboration with our architectural and engineering disciplines, along with multiple internal project teams.
You will report to the Sr. Manager – Architecture.
What You Will Do:
As the Planner, you will contribute to assigned strategic planning and scheduling tasks to support the Architecture & Facilities Engineering Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and detailed data management, planning and scheduling to support the Architecture and Engineering teams for planned and unplanned project work.
- Work in collaboration with our project partners in developing work standards and processes related to our work. This includes exploring new technologies and adapting it to our workflows.
- Publish comprehensive look-ahead schedules, working with supported teams to ensure labor availability.
- Coordinate activities with Resort partners (e.g. Program and Project Management).
- Support strategic planning for long-term resource management.
- Provide comprehensive schedules on the entire directorate portfolio for leadership review.
- Familiarity with relational databases
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with data management
- Experience using scheduling tools, such as: Airtable, Primavera, Microsoft Project.
- Airtable experience is a must.
- Experience within the construction industry.
- Experience with technical writing.
- Proficiency in interpreting drawings.
- Experience with negotiation skills and collaborating to gain buy-in from others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction planning or facilities planning.
- Proficiency in Alteryx.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- PMP Certification

- High School Diploma or equivalent
