production engineering manager. They work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production,
reduce costs, and implement artificial lift strategies. Duties may include analyzing production data,
identifying areas for improvement, implementing process enhancements, troubleshooting equipment
issues, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors. They also provide technical support and guidance
to junior engineers and production staff. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the
ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential for success in this role.
