Business Analyst IT III (App Dev)
Location Torrance, CA (Hybrid of minimum of 2 days onsite)
Contract Duration 12 months with possibility of an extension
Required Skills and Expertise:
- IS related bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of IT business work experience.
- Familiarity with web services like e-shopping.
- Any experience supporting Business to Consumer related projects is preferred.
- Experience supporting App Dev initiatives focused on services that are .Net based.
- Needs to be extremely Analytical
- Very professional and able to talk to the business to gather requirements.
- Strong understanding/experience working with SAFe and Agile/Scrum.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, and verification on medium to large projects and enhancements.
- Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Advanced ability to identify best practices and provide technical support for activities throughout all phases of SDLC.
- Working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture and implementation of medium to large scale systems across multiple platforms.
- Skilled in participating in business meetings and walkthroughs to analyze problems giving business user support.
- Advanced ability to perform the following:
- Research, analyze impact, and suggest solutions for complex problems.
- Develop and update technical design specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, architecture documents, and deployment plan.
