We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience in specialty insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with a strong focus on specialty insurance products and data analytics. Requirement
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
- 10 + years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in Data, Analytics, Information Management platforms
- Experience leading data integration efforts of internal and external data sources
- Provide expert guidance and insights on P&C insurance
- Proficient in SQL for data testing, validation and analysis
- Expert level SQL skills and complex Stored Procedures
- Strong knowledge of best practices and solution patterns
- Participate in release process by ensuring only quality code is released to production
- Support User Acceptance Testing and Operational Readiness Testing
- Experience and hands-on delivering projects in agile methodology
- Manage multiple streams simultaneously and ensure delivery per project plan
- Experience working on scheduling/orchestration tools, creating wrapper scripts
- Working knowledge of complex ELT, ETL, Cloud Computing and programming languages
- Understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modeling structure principles
- Preferable working experience in Streamsets or Matillion or IICS
