We are seeking an **Environmental Permitting Advisor IV** to join our team. If you have extensive experience in environmental permitting, particularly within the Oil and Gas industry or linear projects, this role might be perfect for you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Research, analyze, and compile data for permit applications and reports to various regulatory agencies.
- Understand FERC and USACE permitting requirements to efficiently process permit applications.
- Develop and maintain training materials for internal use and external contractors.
- Support Environmental Advisors with ad-hoc tasks such as updating training materials, streamlining permitting processes, and general file management.
- Develop and communicate guidelines to contractors working on projects.
**Criteria & Qualifications:**
- **Professional environmental experience** with a strong focus on Oil and Gas or linear permitting.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in database management and strong computer skills.
- Experience with major projects such as new pipelines, compressor stations, or transmission lines.
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow independently.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend solutions.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others to gather information and feedback.
- **10+ years of experience** in environmental permitting.
