We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to complete design, schematic capture, and layout of multiple modular PCBs. The ideal candidate will be deeply experienced in all aspects of PCB creation, with the proven ability to see projects through to a positive conclusion. They will be able to function both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to create high quality products that advance the technology of our field while also delighting our users.

Responsibilities:
· Independently complete modular PCB designs, schematics, and layouts
· Participate in the planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating of electrical engineering projects
· Interface with other disciplines to ensure a quality end-to-end design
· Assist in the development of product specifications
· Selection of materials, components, and design methodologies to meet outlined product requirements
· Design and performance of testing in all phases of product development to ensure functionality is as intended
· Balance workload and priorities to meet designated timelines
Requirements and Skills:
· 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
· Prior knowledge of 3D EM simulation (preferred)
· Experience in FPGA and HDL design (preferred)
· Experience in RF or microwave design and test methods (preferred)
· Experience with creating schematics and layouts on complex (RF, mixed signal, HDI, rigid/flex) circuit boards
· Ability to independently perform designated tasks while functioning as part of a team
· Strong communication skills and collaboration abilities
· Excellent problem-solving ability
· Availability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH
· Willingness to travel as needed
· Degree in electrical engineering or relevant field is a bonus
