We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst 4 with the top leading multimedia and creative software company in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Study customers’ journey to understand their Engagement, Retention, and Migration.
- Use SQL to pull data from different tables, combine it, and make it easier to analyze, and to help understand customers’ behavior better.
- Keep track of performance every week, figure out why things change, and help predict what might happen next.
- Work with Finance, Product & Marketing teams to make plans for every quarter and the whole year using data science.
- Collect, work on, and understand lots of different data to help reach business goals, spot trends, and look at data through segment and cohort analysis.
Skills and Experience:
- SQL Skills: Ability to write SQL queries to extract, combine, and simplify data from multiple tables.
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing data to understand customer behavior and identify trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor weekly performance and understand the causes of changes in metrics.
- Forecasting: Skills in forecasting future trends based on current data.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with teams across different departments such as Finance, Product & Marketing.
- Data Science Modeling: Experience in constructing plans using data science models.
- Quantitative Data Interpretation: Ability to gather, process, and interpret diverse quantitative data.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business goals and ability to align data analysis with these goals.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
