- Analyze and troubleshoot complex Appian issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases.
- Conduct performance evaluations and optimize Appian applications for improved speed and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Appian features and advancements, acting as a subject matter expert within the team.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering continuous learning and growth.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
