Responsibilities:
- Oversee Help Desk operations, ensuring prompt resolution of urgent requests
- Handle complex technical support issues
- Assist with the setup, upkeep, and configuration of workstations, office equipment, and other technological devices
- Diagnose, research, and resolve advanced technical problems
- Collaborate with staff to develop tailored solutions or engage vendors when necessary
- Participate in various IT projects that demand creativity and adaptability, along with contributing to other IT-related tasks
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in user support, help desk, or other IT-related roles
- Experience in a professional services environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
- Proven ability to manage long-term projects from initiation to completion
- Capable of multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with both management and staff
- High attention to detail and ability to work well within a team
- Quick learner with a keen interest in staying updated on new technologies and IT industry trends
- Proficient in Client Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, and other common productivity tools
- Familiarity with desktop management tools, Microsoft O365, and networking fundamentals
