We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of project management experience.
Job Title: Low Voltage Project Manager (Commercial)
Project Types: Commercial, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, Tenant Improvements, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and direction of assigned technicians.
- Oversight of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordination of resource assignments based on project requirements and technician skillsets.
- Planning and scheduling of projects, including resource allocation.
- Financial forecasting and billing for projects.
- Development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Material requisition from purchasing as necessary.
- Coordination of material and equipment deliveries.
- Administration of projects, including meeting coordination, construction schedules, transmittals, RFIs, change management, and punch lists.
- Analysis and documentation of cost, budget, and forecasting activities.
- Support of the Service department in addressing issues arising from recently deployed systems.
- Conducting project site visits and participating in customer meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Project Management or relevant work experience.
- Preferred industry certifications in Project Management, including PMI CAPM, PMI PMP, Avixa CTS, or CSPM, but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of project management processes, procedures, methods, and techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP software, including resource scheduling tools and material management.
- Experience in leading projects related to security, communications, audiovisual, and healthcare is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
