MAU is hiring an Associate Relations Leader in Greer, SC. As an Associate Relations Leader, you will ensure effective collaboration with all stakeholders while proactively managing associate performance and ensuring that customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved. The Associate Relations Leader will supervise all contingent MAU associate HR functions, focusing on facility onboarding, payroll, performance, counseling, and attendance tracking to achieve a positive associate experience and meet customer expectations for contingent staffing.

Essential Functions

Work Environment or Working Conditions
- Responsibilities may be performed both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments
- Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy-power industrial vehicles
