Oracle Manufacturing Functional (P2M) -
Mandatory Skills -
- Oracle Manufacturing consultant, responsible for implementing one or more modules.
- Lead functional workshops educating customers on the product.
- Hands on R12 Functional & Implementation Experience with the following module areas: Discrete manufacturing- Inventory, Cost, Work in Process, Bills of Material, Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
- Worked in 1-2 global rollout & support engagements.
- Develop future process flows and requirements.
- Guide and conduct unit testing and comprehensive testing.
- Work with technical resources on data conversions and custom form and reports.
- Conduct end user training and development of training materials.
- Architecting functional solutions for client projects.
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle's OUM methodology & documentation.
- Must possess strong leadership skills.
- Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation.
- Systems implementation skills: requirements- / process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support.
Preferred Skills -
- Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.
- Experience in SCM modules.
- Familiarity of IR-ISO business cycle.
- Understanding of CSV practices in the Life Science industry.
- Worked with globally spread user base.
