Responsibilities of the F&B Director:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, guaranteeing seamless service and maintaining the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve operational excellence
- Address all inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Serve as a positive representative of the brand and its values both within and beyond the organization
- Cultivate a positive work environment for the team
- Recruit, train, and lead staff
- Analyze financial reports and devise strategies to optimize profitability
- Stay informed about local competitors, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve the food and beverage department
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to build and lead a strong team
- Financially savvy with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about food and beverage and providing exceptional guest experiences
