Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our water and wastewater projects. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning through to final completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff, to successfully deliver complex water/wastewater projects.
- Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing water/wastewater projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
