My client provides comprehensive architectural, organizational, and real estate consulting services for both residential and commercial clients. Their expertise spans all phases of design and development, owner’s representation, pre-development consulting, and specialized programmatic and analytical design consulting. They are committed to streamlining the entire design and build process, ensuring each project is executed masterfully and harmonized to perfection.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of project development, design, and execution from A-Z for residential and commercial projects.
- Review and understand architectural drawings, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.
- Manage pre-development activities, including environmental assessments, agency coordination, and soft cost budgeting.
- Ensure all project components are completed according to plan, on time, and within budget.
- Handle permits, insurance, zoning issues, and contractual matters.
- Provide owner representation and act as a liaison between clients and project teams.
- Conduct thorough reviews of design plans to ensure they meet client needs and project goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction, development, or design industries.
- Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction processes.
- Proven experience in managing projects from inception through completion.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Knowledge of permits, insurance, zoning, and contractual requirements.
- Architectural background or relevant experience in development or design preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
