Location: Madison WI - Work from home 1 day a week after training
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities
- Conduct problem identification, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventative action.
- Develop, maintain, and review key performance indicators and measurement plans.
- Research, recommend, and implement new equipment, designs, or processes to improve quality and performance.
- Establish quality system requirements and documentation for new/revised products and manufacturing processes.
- Assist in defining annual Quality goals and objectives and conduct pre-production design reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing or related industry
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with ANOVA, Six Sigma / Lean, Regression Analysis
